In Store Pick-up & Returns


Delivery is only available within a 2mi radius of the shop at this time. If your item is on pre-order we will contact you once it is ready to collect, otherwise we will notify you when your order will be ready to pick up or has been delivered locally.


We have weekly flower deliveries on Wednesday mornings. At the moment, the flowers are only available for delivery within a 2mi radius of the shop. If you have a special request, please reach out to us. We may be able to accommodate.


We cannot accept returns for flowers and plants, however, if you are disappointed with your purchase, please give us a call or email us and we will do our best to rectify it. Please take some pictures of the plant if it has been damaged.

For homewares we can offer refunds within 21 days of purchase. However, we don’t refund the original cost of postage and packaging or return costs unless the item is faulty.
