Delivery and Returns


Want to pop by to say hello? If you can make it to our store you are welcome to select the free 'pick up from store' option when checking out. If your item is on pre-order we will contact you once it is ready to collect, otherwise your order will be ready to pick up anytime that suits you during our opening hours.


We get weekly flower deliveries on Wednesday mornings. At the moment, the flowers are only available in store, but we are working on London-wide delivery and a local subscription service for weekly flower deliveries. Watch this space!


We cannot accept returns for flowers and plants, however, if you are disappointed with your purchase, please give us a call or email us and we will do our best to rectify it. Please take some pictures of the packaging or the plant if it has been damaged in transit.

For homewares we can offer refunds within 21 days of purchase. However, we don’t refund the original cost of postage and packaging or return costs unless the item is faulty.
