Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Woodberry Blooms, you agree that
you are bound by these Terms and Conditions as below.


We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted.

Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.

Items will then be dispatched and you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email.


We gladly accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard.

All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by us and our bank to maintain security and prevent fraud.


Woodberry Blooms charges your credit card in Great British pounds. If you live outside of the UK and have a foreign currency credit card, the amount in Great British pounds will be charged to your card using your provider's current exchange rate. Please remember that buy/sell exchange rates can differ depending on when your credit card provider processes the transaction, so the amount that appears on your credit card statement may be slightly different to the converted invoiced amount. Credit card companies may also charge international payment fees and/or commission for selling you foreign currency. Please contact your credit card provider directly for their terms and conditions.


We happily accept returns on items (excluding flowers, houseplants) that are in their original condition for an exchange or credit. We do not provide refunds on change of mind purchases. Sale items can not be returned. Please see below for faulty items procedure.

Please send your returns back within 7 days after of receiving your order.

Exchange is subject to availability and we recommend submitting your request via email promptly to arrange the exchange. A credit may be supplied subject to our assessment, and at our discretion.


Woodberry Blooms takes special care to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before delivering to you. We will also carefully package your items to protect them during transit. In the unlikely event of a faulty item being received we will of course replace the item at our cost.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Returns of faulty items must be returned promptly. Please email us so we can know to keep a replacement item aside for you.

We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If we do not have a replacement available we will arrange a credit to the value of the purchase made, doing our best to keep you very happy.


We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and you will not receive marketing emails from us just because you have placed an order in the past. Unless you want to receive our newsletter of course! You'll also be asked if you want to sign up if you place an order. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent or it is directly relevant to an order you have placed.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address and email address. These are collected by Shopify for the strict intention of processing your order and will not be used for any other purpose, nor will they be disclosed to a third party. we have no access to any credit card numbers or bank details at any point.


We collect customer information so that we can process your orders as efficiently as possible.

All your information is kept secure and we will not disclose or share this information to other parties under any circumstances.

We do not record credit card details; all credits cards are processed use payment express and Shopify, which uses the latest SSL technology to keep your information safe.

Joining the Woodberry Blooms mailing list is optional. If you have signed up to our mailing list and would like to unsubscribe simply email us with unsubscribe in the subject area, and we shall remove you from the list.
