This variety of Calathea has deep green leaves with a lighter green stripe pattern. Each leaf is purple underneath and has a uniquely soft feel , like touching velvet.

Large plant - more than 50cm tall

How to care for me: I am a tropical plant. I prefer humidity, this can be done by using a humidifier in the room,or misting 3 times weekly.

Light: I would be happy in a shady spot or in a nice damp bathroom, somewhere where that isn't drenched in sunlight.
